Recruitment & Operation Manager

A well known recruitment company located in Nasr City, is looking for a qualified candidate for "Recruitment & Operation Manager" position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the recruitment team.

- Constantly update & refresh the database.

- Approach new business partnerships.
- Ensure the highest level of service.

- Customer relationship management.

- Handle and follow up all issues and logistics of all events

- Responsible for annual business plan targets achievement.



Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree

- from 6 to 10 years of experience in HR, especially in Recruitment process.
- Recruitment Company experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English
