HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner
Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
Description:
•Provide support and advice in relation to the recruitment of staff and participate in the recruitment processes •Provide support and advice to managers and staff on employment relations issues, and participate as required •Provide accurate and timely management reports on a variety of HR issues •Assist in the process of Monitoring and reviewing absence levels •Responsible for the ensuring accuracy of data •Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures •Develop and implement training sessions on a variety of HR topics •Contribute to the process of improving systems and practices •Contribute to the annual compensation review processes •Ensure adherence to all employment law legislation •Required to travel between the head office in Cairo and the regional office •Suggest, implement and maintain HR processes, policies and handbooks, and, the communication with employees and managers in the Middle East region. •Advise staff on the HR policy and provide guidance •Working with the head office team in the delivery of consistent and regular company and employee communications. •Monitoring and management of absence/sickness absence.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, Economics or a relevant field •An MBA, or post graduate certificate would be an asset •Minimum 5 years of experience •Able to travel •Strong communication skills

Other Skills: very Good command of MS office
