Job Description
Job Summary:
· Supervises the Site’s Security Program, including the Security Liaison personnel and 379 AEW mandated US citizen Al Udeid AB Escort Program. Appointed as Site Facilities Access Monitor (SFAM) for administering the Key Control program and coordinating 18 Assistant SFAMs (ASFAM) throughout all Site work sections. Oversees security guard watch at the Asian living Camp for 300+ personnel on a 24 hour basis. Additional duties include representing DI in all business related to Security and Human Resources with the Qatari Government. Applicable Qatari Government activities include business at the Ministries of Labor, Immigration, Interior and Justice at the Director and divisional committee levels. Qatari government document Arabic translation skills at the fluency level are mandatory. Conducts frequent meetings with the Qatari Air Force Chief of Security Al Udeid Air Base. Carries out all duties IAW DynCorp International ISO 9001 Quality and Safety standards.
· Administers and supervises the Site’s Security Program, including Security Liaison and Security Escort personnel as mandated by the 379 AEW. Site SFAM, supervising the Site Key Control program and coordinating the ASFAMs in 18 individual Site work sections.
· Oversees varying Customs requirements for the Company during execution of operations activities, both at Al Udeid AB and Messaied Port
· Perform Security Escort duties as necessary when Escorts availability becomes limited.
· Represent DI at the senior official level in the Qatari Ministries of Interior, Justice, Immigration and Labor. This shall include visa approvals, police and legal cases involving DI employees, requests by Ministry officials for Company representative appearances and committees and negotiation DI Qatar expatriate visas.
· Represent DI with Qatari Air Force Chief of Security for Qatari Air Base pass and ID requirements, both temporary and permanent for non-US expatriate employees.
· Advise the Site Manager and Human Resources Superintendent concerning Qatari Government official business requirements.
· Administer the Site’s leased vehicle program, assign vehicles to individual sections and maintain accounting of vehicle disposition. Oversee vehicle service, accidents with required Arabic speaking representative response, police reports and subsequent traffic court requirements.
· Write documents for presentation to Qatari government ministries and officials.
· Provide Arabic translation skills to the WRM staff.
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
